This memorandum restates for Superfund program offices existing Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response (OSWER) procedures and program responsibilities during investigations of Contract Laboratory Program (CLP) laboratories and/or laboratory employees by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) for alleged fraud or other corrupt practices. Potential OSWER actions during any subsequent criminal, civil or administrative actions are also discussed. |
