| Abstract |
The purpose of the report is to examine the Federal Reporting Data System training project to determine its effectiveness in developing and delivering a week-long training program using content-knowledgeable trainers from three separate organizations located some distance from one another. The FRDS computer system was designed to accept data which the National Safe Drinking Water Act (NSDWA) required States (and Regions acting as surrogate States) to submit to the Federal Government. |
