| Abstract |
The study is a phase of a more comprehensive research effort on communication and educational techniques in water resource management and deals with perception of water resource information sources and educational needs at the local level. Results show marked deficiencies in public information and education dealing with water resources and will be useful to water resource agencies in assessment and planning of public information and education programs.
