Abstract The Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS) is a database of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency consensus positions on the health effects that may result from chronic exposure to various chemicals found in the environment. The purpose of this Toxicological Review is to provide scientific support and rational for the hazard identification and dose-response information in IRIS pertinent to 1,3-Dichloropropene (CAS No. 542-75-6). It is not intended to be a comprehensive treatise on the chemical or its toxicological nature.
