The Mississippi River/Gulf of Mexico Watershed Nutrient Task Force was established in the fall of 1997 as part of the government's plan to address hypoxia in the Gulf of Mexico. Discussion involved the 2008 Hypoxia Action Plan and its companion, the 2008 Annual Operating Plan. Public comments were heard and finished with updates from the Sub-basin groups. |
