| Abstract |
This report describes the analysis performed by the Test and Evaluation Branch to support the revised 1984 and later model year light duty truck (LDT) and heavy duty engine (HDV) CO regulations being considered by the Standards Development and Support Branch. This analysis examined the air quality impact of such regulations in both low and high altitude non-California areas under the presence of inspection and maintenance (I/M). Six strategies are examined in this analysis. |
