| Abstract |
The product of the research is a Section 208 Planner's handbook which identifies and discusses legislative and regulatory provisions, which will permit and control the disposition of residual waste to the land without endangering water quality. The focal point of the handbook is a model statute entitled 'A State Residual Waste Management and Resource Recovery Act'. The suggested legislative model addresses all phases of the disposal of the disposal of residual wastes in subsurface excavations or on land. |
