| Abstract |
The topics addressed in this report are: An analysis of wastewater treatment plant construction cost experience in the P.L. 92-500 construction grants program; an evaluation of the cost estimating system, as presented in the Technical Report entitled 'A Guide to the Selection of Cost Effective Wastewater Treatment Systems', EPA-430/9-75-002; and the development of treatment plant cost curves. A data base consisting of descriptions and bid and grant eligible cost data for over 150 treatment plants constructed in the last four years was obtained from EPA Regional Offices and used in the analysis. |
