Notice is hereby given of the emergemcy suspension of, and notice of intent to cancel the registrations, under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, as amended ('FIFRA', 7 U.S.C. 135 et seq., 7 U.S.C. 136 et. seq.), of all pesticide products containing vinyl chloride, whether as an active or inert ingredient, for uses in the home, food handling establishment, hopsitals, or in enclosed areas. |
