| Abstract |
This Record of Decision (ROD) documents the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's selection of a source control remedy and amends a previous groundwater remedy for the Robintech, Inc./National Pipe Co. Superfund Site (the Site). This decision document explains the factual and legal basis for selecting the remedy for the Site. The attached index (Appendix III) identifies the items that comprise the Administrative Record upon which the selection of the remedial action is based. |
