Abstract This Action Agenda reflects the incorporation of NEJAC comments and describes an ongoing process of addressing environmental justice. It should be viewed as a 'living document' which builds upon the two previously published documents. This Action Agenda provides a concise summary of OSWER's current strategy and describes an implementation process for ensuring that major issues, identified by the NEJAC and others, continue to be recognized and addressed. the NEJAC Ten Point Endorsement of OSWER Action Agenda' document is contained in Appendix B.
