| Abstract |
Under Phase III, materials from Phases I and II were analyzed and synthesized. Issues which were revealed to be of special importance to the future of the environmental/energy workforce, in terms of availability and quality, are being highlighted in a series of monographs, of which this is one. The monographs focus upon salient aspects of the NE/EWA findings in greater detail than possible in the formats of the previous phases. |
