| Abstract |
The purpose of this report is to develop a general users information package for selected MOBILE2 input variables. Specifically, estimation techniques are needed so that users from state and local agencies can use MOBILE2 to produce mobile source emission factor estimates appropriate to their particular areas. This report describes techniques that can be used to estimate certain MOBILE2 input variables. These techniques are designed to assist users who do not possess information on one or more of the MOBILE2 input variables readily available and need guidance on potential techniques. |
