The Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (OAQPS) Technology Transfer Network (TTN) is a network of electronic bulletin boards that provide information and technology exchange in areas related to air pollution control such as, air quality modeling, emissions testing, control technology, emissions inventories and factors, training and the Clean Air Act Amendments. The manual describes the functions of the system and provides instructions for operating the system. |
