| Abstract |
This manual documents the Quality Assurance Program for Region V, U.S. EPA, that will produce a numerical estimate of the reliability of all data values reported or used by the Region. Revisions will be made per the requirements of the finalized Quality Assurance Plan of the Agency. The elements of a quality assurance program are discussed, including Region V's QA Policy Statement, Objectives and Milestones, Quality Assurance Management, Personnel, Facilities, Equipment and Services, Review of Program Plans, Project Plans or Study Plans, Data Collection, Data Processing, Corrective Actions, Data Quality Assessment, Data Quality Reports, Chain of Custody and Specific Guidance. |
