Abstract |
A report on the sampling, analysis, and consideration of risks and benefits associated with the incineration of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) at two commercial facilities in Deer Park, Texas and El Dorado, Arkansas. Included are a summary, PCB incineration test reports, polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxin (PCDD) and polychlorinated dibenzofuran (PCDF) emission sampling reports, a PCDD and PCDF analytical chemistry report, air dispersion modeling results, an analysis of risks and benefits, and letters and conditions of approval. |
