| Abstract |
The Technical Support Document (TSD) for this rulemaking presents analyses and supporting data for the provisions EPA used for establishing nonconformance penalties (NCPs) for model year 2012 and later on-highway heavy-duty diesel engines. Note that this TSD serves as a supporting document for both an Interim Final Rule establishing interim NCPs for heavy heavy-duty diesel engines and the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking seeking comments on establishing NCPs for other engines. |
