Abstract |
The principal goal of the chapter is a discussion of the applicability of forest growth measurement to the detection of acidic deposition impacts on forest growth. The chapter has grown out of studies undertaken for EPA on the quantification of linked land and water system responses in watersheds following addition of acidic deposition, with an emphasis on integrative measures of terrestrial and aquatic effects in the same watershed. |
