| Abstract |
This subscription contains both EPA's civil and administrative enforcement docket. The Civil Enforcement Docket is the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's system for tracking judicial cases filed on the Agency's behalf by the Department of Justice. This docket contains information on civil cases filed from 1972 to the present. The Administrative Docket contains the issued administrative orders and complaints. Note that not all EPA administrative actions are included in the docket. The Enforcement Docket includes case name; case number; law; section of the law; type case; defendant; date issued; date of final order; assessed Federal penalty; cost recovery awarded; result code; violation; pollutant; EPA ID number; city, state, and zip code. |
