Abstract | The main experimental objective was to obtain statistically-reliable dispersion characteristics, for highly-buoyant plume. Since the concentration fluctuations were known to be large, a key design feature was a means for obtaining a sufficiently large number of measurements to ensure such reliability. | |||||||||||
