| Abstract |
Solid waste management practices in Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Sweden, Denmark, and France were observed, and selected European and American solid waste management practices were compared. The report is not intended as a critique of European solid waste management practices since many sections of the report are based on random observations of partial day's operations.
