Abstract The Federal Water Quality Administration (FWQA), Pollution Surveillance Branch, maintains a system of water quality sampling stations on interstate waters in the Northwest Region. Throughout the year water samples are collected at these stations and analyzed, and the data are used to evaluate water quality. This study documents conditions in 1969 and 1970 at Station No. 403010 located on the Columbia River at river mile 38.9 near Bradwood, Oregon.
