Abstract The policy articulates the requirement for all EPA employees to comply with Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) as well as EPA Health and Safety Directives. The 27-page manual outlines the conditions of this policy and the roles and responsibilities of EPA employees in meeting them. The policy applies to all Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response (OSWER) employees engaged in hazardous substances response activities.
