| Abstract |
This RACT/BACT/LAER Clearinghouse (RBLC) annual report contains information on the 402 permits entered and the 473 permits modified in the Clearinghouse from January 2003 to December 2003 and provides an overview of data entry activity over the last five years. It summarizes this activity in terms of EPA Regions, States, and industrial processes; discusses trends over the past five years; and presents plans for additions and improvements to the clearinghouse. |
