| Abstract |
Standards of Performance for the control of emission from perchloroethylene dry cleaning facilities are being proposed under the authority of section 111(b) of the Clean Air Act. These standards apply to new, modified, or reconstructed perchloroethylene dry cleaning facilities, the construction or modification of which began on or after the date of proposal. This draft document contains background information, environmental and economic impact assessments, and the rationale for the standards as proposed under 40 CFR Part 60, Subpart 00. |
