| Abstract |
The 1977 Clean Air Act amendments require that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) set particulate matter standards for motor vehicles and study the effects on health of these emissions. The purpose of this report is to summarize the work done to characterize particulate emissions from mobile sources and to estimate appropriate particulate emission factors. |
