| Abstract |
This inspection manual contains the guidelines for the benefit of and the standardized procedures to be followed by EPA field inspectors or their designated representatives. In conjunction with the operator's testing and monitoring results and the required recording and recordkeeping of these results, the basic enforcement tools are readily available to properly trained field inspectors. The degree to which this portion of the NESHAPs program is successful depends critically on the effectiveness and efficiency with which inspectors conduct field inspections. |
