| Abstract |
This decision document, prepared by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Energy (NJDEPE) as lead agency, presents the selected remedy for the American Cyanamid Site. This ROD addresses only one operable unit (Group I Impoundments) consisting of four on-site surface impoundments 11, 13, 19 and 24. The selected remedy is Solidification with Consolidation into the on-site Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Permitted Impoundment 8 Facility. |
