Abstract This study focussed on the impact of phosphorus in stormwater runoff on bay eutrophication Cost effective BMP's designed to minimize the impact and restore the bay to waters with enhanced recreation benefits. Use of wetlands in conjunction with a flow regulating device proved to be the most cost-effective control measure.
