Abstract |
Wistar derived albino rats when exposed to levels of between 0.05 and 0.13 gm/kg of 'Tris (Chloroethyl) Phosphite' exhibited clinical signs consisting of various degrees of general depression, respiratory depression, burrowing, righting reflex, and rates of death depending upon dosage. The experimental data obtained resulted in an estimated twenty-four hour and fourteen day LD50 of 0.084-0.003 gms/kg. |
