| Abstract |
Reference Method 24 is used to determine the volatile organic compound (VOC) content of coating materials, and Reference Method 25 is used to determine the percentage reduction of VOC emissions achieved by emission control devices. These methods were proposed on October 5, 1979, as an appendix to the proposed standards of performance for automobile and light-duty truck surface coating operations. This document contains information on the public comments made after proposal and EPA responses to the comments. |
