| Abstract |
The report describes a user survey which was conducted of selected EPA employees to determine their requirements with respect to state implementation plans. The results were analyzed and recommendations made as to how to satisfy these requirements. Where the requirement specified computerization, what to computerize and how to do it were also addressed. A feasibility study was performed to determine whether or not to automate any parts of the system. |
