The report describes the individual programs, their input data requirements and the output information generated. The individual programs are as follows: Source Data Management Program, Air Pollutant Concentration Program, Source contribution File Merger Program, Control Cost Program Control Cost File Update Program, Emission Standards Program, Emissions Standards File Update Program, and Regional Strategies Program.
