Abstract |
The Implementation Planning Program is a collection of computer programs designed to assist the state governments in preparing their implement action plans for sulfur oxides and particulates. The report describes the individual programs, their input data requirements and the output information generated. It also provides a detailed user's guide for the step-by-step preparation of inputs to the program. The individual programs are as follows: Source Data Management Program, Air Pollutant Concentration Program, Source contribution File Merger Program, Control Cost Program Control Cost File Update Program, Emission Standards Program, Emissions Standards File Update Program, and Regional Strategies Program.
