| Abstract |
The purpose of the study was to provide summaries of existing information on characteristics of wind, atmospheric stability and cloudiness, and to describe the manner in which such variables may be expected to affect air pollution in San Diego County. From this information general conclusions were made as to the times and areas of relatively good or poor atmospheric dispersion. It is also intended that this report will be useful in understanding some of the meteorological factors in San Diego County's air pollution problem and will be of value in planning future studies. |
