Emery Chemicals, a division of National Distillers and Chemical Corporation, recently received a preliminary report of an un- published study in which the test material, the reaction product of essentially stoichiometric quantities of phenol and propylene oxide, was applied to adult female New Zealand albino rabbits. The purpose of this For Your Information (FYI) submittal is to advise the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Toxic Substances of this study. |
