Abstract |
The accurate determination of acetylcholine in mammalian brain is of interest to the pharmacologist studying the effects of organo-phosphate insecticides as well as other agents which may alter normal levels of this amine. The paper describes a method which further simplifies the analysis of acetylcholine by circumventing the reduction step and determining directly the acetic acid derived from acetylcholine. |
