| Abstract |
The problem of air pollution is studied in the vast 11-county, tri-state region centered on Philadelphia. This study effort ventures to solve a common problem. The end objective of the study is to define the requirements for the development of an air resource management and control system appropriate to the solution of the problem in the 11-county tri-state Region, and, specifically, to determine the governmental machinery and arrangements through which such a system can operate effectively. |
