This report summarizes the investigations, studies, conclusions and recommendations as to remedial measures necessary to accomplish the objective of safe waters for bathing at the proposed Park Department beaches at Ferry Point Park in the Bronx and at Clearview Park in Little Bay in Queens, and at areas on Eastchester and Little Neck Bays under consideration for future beach development. This report also presents recommendations as to improvements and extensions to the sewerage and drainage systems necessary to control pollution in the Upper East River and in Eastchester and Little Neck Bays. |
