| Abstract |
The study for the Environmental Health Service is an investigation of the problems being faced in protecting man's environment from threats created by man. This study included the following major efforts: (1) research and development planning in the perspective of man in his total environment, (2) information network analysis, and (3) model case studies. This volume of the report concerns itself with Information Network Analysis. An investigation was made of the existing EHS information resources including the monitoring and surveillance activities. A survey was conducted of the documentation systems and libraries in order to determine their operational characteristics as related to an information network. (Author) |
