| Abstract |
To determine the most efficient means of achieving the National Ambient Air Quality Standards, the cost effectiveness of various pollution abatement control strategies are compared and the most effective are implemented. This report contains a cost-effectiveness analysis of the proposed revisions in exhaust emission standards for new and in-use aircraft gas turbine engines using EPA's independent cost estimate. |
