| Abstract |
EPA's Science Policy Council (SPC) has organized this Peer Review Handbook as guidance to EPA staff and managers on the organization and conduct of peer review pursuant to the Administrator's June 7, 1994 Peer Review Policy statement. The goal of the Peer Review Policy and this Handbook is to enhance the quality and credibility of Agency decisions by ensureing that the scientific and technical work products underlying these decisions receive appropriate levels of peer review by independent scientific and technical experts. |
