Abstract The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is responsible for regulating the supply and use of pesticides. The EPA Office of Pesticide Programs (OPP) is involved in (1) supply control via product registration, (2) use control, (3) monitoring and hazard evaluation, and (4) research and economic studies. Major information activities in suppoort of these four activities are reviewed.
