| Abstract |
The State's economic objectives are to maintain a resonably full utilization of its resources; to improve the effectiveness of these resources so that an adequate pace of economic growth is maintained; to distribute the State's resources and output in some equitable manner so that hardship and social unrest are avoided. Both surface and ground water are parts of the total water resource, are important to the State's economy, and are jointly the subjects of this statement of policy. (Author Modified Abstract) |
