Abstract |
The document discusses in detail how effluent sampling data for selected pollutants and facilities were used to develop the proposed BPT effluent limitations. The document provides an overview of the statistical analyses; describes the sources of data; describes the modified delta-lognormal distribution which was used to derive the proposed limitations; and evaluates an alternative statistical model which was considered in developing the limitations. |
