Abstract |
The guidance contains interim techniques for establishing compliance at the WQBEL. Existing EPA guidance and this guidance recommend that minimum levels (MLs) be used to make a compliance determination. The ML is a concept originated by the Office of Water, Engineering and Analysis Division, in developing the 1600 series methods. Currently, methods 1624 and 1625 are the only EPA methods promulgated under Section 304(h) that have MLs. |
