Abstract |
The paper discusses a feasibility study on implementing a State Revolving Fund (SRF) program in Illinois for funding municipal sewage treatment facilities. The conclusion of the study indicates that an SRF is feasible and should be implemented if full advantage is to be taken of the estimated $450 million in federal funds that are expected to be available under revisions to the Clean Water Act. |
