Abstract |
A method to quantitate the components of a two-component system which were unresolvable in a given gas chromatography system was developed. The method utilized the p-values of individual components. Blue-green algae from two streams in Rhode Island were examined for pesticide residue levels. Experiments indicated that Synechococcus elongatus accumulated within 24 hours virtually all of the p,p'-DDT added to the media. The report only briefly presents these results.
