Abstract |
The report summarizes progress made by EPA in implementing the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA or Superfund) of 1980, as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA) of 1986. The report is required by CERCLA section 301(h)(1), Section 105(f) and Section 121(c). It includes information on resources, accomplishments, contracts, management initiatives, and waste treatment technology. |
