Abstract |
The safe drinking water strategy presented in this paper has been developed to clarify EPA policy with respect to implementing the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA). The implementation principles are: public health considerations deserve highest priority; to encourage state and local participation in decision-making; to reduce need for massive changes in current state operations.
