Abstract | The convenience, durability, and accuracy of the solid sorbent sampling technique has been demonstrated. The feasibility of sampling hydrogen chloride (HCl), hydrogen fluoride (HF), and sulfur dioxide (SO2) and silicon tetrafluoride (SiF4) using the solid sorbent technique was investigated and the results are reported herein. Sorbents included Li2CO3, PbO2, and MnO2. |
